Where is my order confimation?

When your order is first placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to purchase your products. In that email will be a receipt of the products you ordered.

Where is my order number?

In the same order confirmation email you received from the question above will be the order number. If you have trouble finding it, contact us here

Why haven't I received my product yet?

Please let orders 24-48 hours to be handled and shipped. During this COVID-19 pandemic, our orders have been delayed extended to this. If you have any concerns please contact us here
