Return of Purchased Merchandise
If you are unhappy with a product (we're sorry) or change your mind about a purchase, return it to us for a free refund subject to the following terms:
-After 15 days that a product has been received, you will be eligible to return your product. We want you to see the ins and outs of your purchase before you make the final decision to send it back. The following 30 days you will be able to submit a request for return.
-Returns will be refunded by the full products price excluding shipping. You will have to pay shipping for the return, but we will make the cost 50% off of what you paid originally.
-Most all reasons for return will be accepted for customer satisfaction, however if a product is in noticeably worn/poor condition, your return request may not be fulfilled. If we receive your product and those previous conditions were mentioned are true, we can't fulfill the refund but we will send the product back if you wish.
How to Return a Product
If you have decided you want to return a purchased product, worry no more. Just follow these simple steps:
1. After the 15 day try-on period, simply contact us at our return request form here with your name, email, order number (this will be in the email you receive when you first purchased your product. If you can not find it, don't hesitate to contact us at our contact page), the product you wish to return, and the reason for returning.
2. We will review your request and if you are eligible for a return (most reasons for return will be accepted and your'e nearly guaranteed to be accepted), we will email you with a shipping label that you will use to put on the packaging to return the product.
3. With the shipping label attached, simply drop the package off at your local USPS store.
4. As soon as we receive the product, we will email you and fulfill the refund.
